some quick answers to potential questions
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
On average, digitally generated merchandise is produced and shipped between 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times average 2-7 business days.
Art prints and hand-stamped products will not be shipped until they are hand printed, and fully dried. This will take approximately 2 weeks.
**Pre-orders will not go into production until all orders are in, which may add an additional week.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 + $2.00 per each additional item for digitally printed items. Stickers ship for $1.50. Shipping for art prints will vary.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
My digitally converted products and fan gear are made-to-order, and I try to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, so I usually cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order. If you have any questions, please ask me before placing your order.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
Product dimentions for art prints and apparel are listed on each product listing. Please check the product listing for the appropriate sizing and dimensions.
WHAT IS DTG PRINTING?
Direct-to-garment, or commonly abbreviated as DTG, is a method of printing directly onto garments without the use of screens as used with screen printing. Think of your home inkjet printer, but for apparel. The technology and inks used for DTG have come a long way over the last decade. It has gone from an inferior quality compared to screen printing to an equal quality.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, WILL YOU REPLACE IT?
Absolutely! Simply contact me at jolly@cleverpengu.in and be sure to include an image of the item and the shipping box or envelope.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I stand behind the quality of my products and guarantee the workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on my part will result in a replacement at no charge. I typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, or misuse will not be covered.
Art prints that are returned to me in the same condition and packaging as was received can be returned within 30 days of the ship date. If you wish to return an art print, please contact me before doing so, at pattie@cleverpengu.in.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Currently, I only ship within the United States, but may consider shipping outside the U.S. in the future.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered at checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation, double check your spam folder and add jolly@cleverpengu.in to your contacts for future purchases.
WHAT ARE THE CUTOFF DATES FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS?
Please allow for additional processing time between late November through December. The cut-off date for standard production and shipping is December 5th.
